Chicken Fajitas Recipe

This is our own recipe/creation, so change it how you wish. Add, take away, keep it the same, just enjoy and take my idea!

You Will Need:
-A Package of your favorite tortillas (We just use simple flour tortillas)
-1 pound or 1.5 pounds of chicken breasts, cut into strips or chunks, whichever you prefer
-About a half of a medium/large onion, chopped in large chunks
-Two medium/large green peppers cut in strips
-A half a packet of fajita mix (I just used simple walmart brand)
-A small amount of water
-Sour Cream

Directions:
-Brown the chicken and cook through in a large skillet over medium/high heat for the entire recipe
-Add the fajita mix and just a little water so it will stick to the chicken
-Add the green peppers and onions and if possible cover with a lid to help steam the vegetables quicker
-Stir in and flip every few minutes until the vegetables are soft. As you're cooking, add water as neccessary if it gets too dry
-Once the vegetables are added, it should take about 15-20 minutes for them to be done
-Spread a little bit of sour cream on your tortilla and add the fajita mixture then wrap up and enjoy!

It's good to fix some spanish rice with it, or even have some tortilla chips and salsa. James would also suggest corn with your meal. He thinks corn always goes with mexican meals!
